Offer Unpacked sells one-time digital access to full analysis workflows and reports. The free preview is available so you can decide whether the service is useful before purchasing.

Because a paid unlock provides immediate access to digital analysis, purchases are generally final once the full report workflow has been unlocked or used.

A refund may be considered if you were charged twice for the same unlock, you were charged but did not receive access due to a verified technical failure, or the purchase was clearly unauthorized or fraudulent.

If a payment provider, card network, or law gives you additional rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.

Refunds are usually not available because you disagree with the generated analysis, no longer need the report, uploaded the wrong document, expected professional legal advice, or purchased after seeing the free preview.

AI-generated reports are informational and may be imperfect. The possibility of incomplete or inaccurate analysis is part of the service limitation described in the Terms of Service.

Send a request through the contact channel published by Offer Unpacked or the support channel included with your payment receipt. Include the payment date, payment provider, receipt or transaction identifier, and a short explanation of the issue.

Please do not send full resumes, contracts, card numbers, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a refund request.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If approved, the refund will usually be returned to the original payment method through the payment provider.

Payment providers and banks control the final timing for funds to appear after a refund is issued.

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support first so the issue can be reviewed quickly. Filing a chargeback may limit our ability to resolve the matter directly while the provider or card network reviews it.

We may update this Refund Policy as pricing, payment providers, product behavior, or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page shows when it was last revised.
